Lion’s Children of Courage Awards

The Lion’s Children of Courage Awards was introduced in 1983 to provide an awards program that recognises a special group of young people and their families who have successfully overcome additional life challenges.

Students are nominated based on additional needs, sibling carers, having performed courageous acts or deeds and by overcoming obstacles to reach inspiring sporting achievements.

This year, four of our young students were recognised and celebrated by the Robin Lions Club as being Children of Courage.

Aleya, Asa, Kai and Tristan attended a ceremony and morning tea to celebrate their achievements in these fields.

Congratulations to Aleya, Asa, Kai and Tristan who truly embody the school ideals of courage and determination.
